Bookings and Cancellations
All golf lesson bookings and bay reservations at K&K Golf Academy are subject to availability. Once booked, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges being applied or forfeiture of fees paid for the session. Please contact our administrator directly to manage any changes to your bookings.Service Usage
By using our facilities, including golf lessons and bay rentals, you agree to abide by all academy guidelines, including proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols as instructed by our staff. Violations may result in service termination without refund.Payment and Fees
All payments for golf lessons, practice bay reservations, and memberships must be completed prior to the service. Payments can be made in-studio or through our designated online platforms. Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and non-transferable.Refund Policy
K&K Golf Academy does not offer refunds for completed services, lessons, or unused sessions within a membership term. Cancellations made within the allowable timeframe may be rescheduled without additional charges.Lesson and Bay Rules
- Golf Lessons: Lessons must begin and end at scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without fee adjustment.
- Practice Bay Reservations: All practice bay sessions are limited to the time reserved. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
